ENTRY AND ELEGIBILITY: Look at the game message printed inside specially marked LUNCHMAKERS® Fun Kit packages or LUNCHMAKERS® Smalls package stickers to see if you are an instant prizewinner. To obtain a game piece (message printed inside package) without purchase and complete rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Lunchmakers Open SeasonGame Piece Request, PO Box 25309, Rochester, NY 14625-0309 to be postmarked by 3/31/07 and received by 4/6/07. Limit of one game piece per envelope per household per day, while supplies last; VT residents may omit return postage. To enter the second chance drawing for any unclaimed grand or first prizes, on a 3”x5” paper hand print your name, address, birth month and year, the name of your parent or legal guardian if you are a minor, and mail to: Lunchmakers Open Season 2nd Chance, PO Box 25508, Rochester, NY 14625-0508 to be postmarked by 4/20/07 and received by 4/27/07; one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries will be honored. Game is open only to residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. All employees of ConAgra Foods, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, manufacturers, licensees or agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. PRIZES and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Twenty five (25) Grand Prize winners will each receive a camping gear set for four people consisting of Coleman ® 9’x7’ tents (2), sleeping bags (4), queen-size air mattresses (2), air pump (1), Party Island™ inflatable float (1), cooking station table (1), two-burner propane grill stove (1), 82-quart wheeled cooler (1), chairs (4), propane lantern with case (1), lanterns (2), a pair of Garmin ® 110 GPS/2-way radios, and a pair of Titan ® Tomcat ® Bicycles and helmets (ARV $1,499.74 each set); Two hundred and fifty (250) First Prize winners will each receive a Titan ® Tomcat ® Bicycle and helmet (ARV $124.90 each prize); Two thousand and five hundred (2,500) Second Prize winners will each receive a backpack (ARV $20.00 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $118,718.50. All taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility. No cash equivalent or transfer of prizes. No prize substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prize consists only of those items specifically listed as part of the prize – any item, cost or expense not specifically listed as part of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Only one prize per household or address is permitted. Odds of winning instantly: Grand Prize 1 in 850,590; First Prize 1 in 85,059; Second Prize 1 in 8,506. Odds of winning in the second chance drawing depend on the number of unclaimed grand and first instant win prizes and second chance entries received. Unclaimed second prizes will not be awarded. Coleman ®, Garmin ® and Titan ® are not associated with the sponsorship or administration of this sweepstakes. WINNERS: To claim prize (subject to verification) send winning game piece by certified mail along with your name, address, telephone number, birth month and year and the name of your parent or legal guardian if you are a minor to: Lunchmakers Open Season Prize Claim, PO Box 25309, Rochester, NY 14625-0309 to be postmarked by 4/20/07 and received by 4/27/07. Keep a copy of all documents sent by certified mail for your records. Game pieces received late are void and ineligible for the prize. Second chance winners will be selected on or about 4/30/07 in random drawings conducted under the supervision of Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, an independent organization, who will make all decisions regarding this game and whose decisions are final. Once submitted, all game pieces and entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners must comply with all sweepstakes rules as published. Winners will be notified by mail and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity and Liability Release before prize will be awarded. If winner is a minor, parent or legal guardian will be required to execute Affidavit and Release. The Affidavit and Release must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date on the prize notification letter. Failure to comply with this requirement for any reason or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced game pieces will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage due game pieces, requests or redemptions. Any game piece that is mechanically reproduced, altered, tampered with, illegible, incomplete or blank (in whole or in part), forged, mutilated, or contains printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors, or is not obtained legitimately will be deemed void. Liability for any irregular game piece is limited to replacement with another, while supplies last. If through error, more winning game pieces are printed or distributed than stated in the rules, the actual number of winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all verified winning claims postmarked by 4/20/07 and received by 4/27/07. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes, and select the winners for the sweepstakes, from the entries received prior to the action taken or in other such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Participants, by participating in this sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, Columbia TriStar Marketing Group, Inc., and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize in the sweepstakes, or their participation in the sweepstakes, or their participation in any sweepstakes or prize related activity. Winner also further acknowledges that Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and promotion and advertising agencies have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law relative to any prize for this sweepstakes including but not limited to quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, address (city, state), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes worldwide, including the internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
